1、 Introduction to Environmental Labeling Certification

China Environmental Labeling Certification (also known as Ten Ring Certification) is a certification mark that serves as an official symbol to indicate that products approved to use this mark not only have qualified quality, but also meet environmental protection requirements during production, use, and disposal. Compared with similar products, it has environmental advantages such as low toxicity, low harm, and resource conservation. It is precisely because of the certification mark of environmental labeling (i.e. ten ring certification) that consumers can easily understand which products are beneficial to the environment and harmless to their own health, making it easier for consumers to make green choices. 3、 Certification process

1. Initial certification

a、 The enterprise will submit the completed "Application Form for Environmental Labeling Product Certification" along with the relevant materials in the certification requirements to our Zhonghuan United (Beijing) Certification Center. After receiving the application materials for certification, our center will conduct a preliminary review of the documents and issue an "Acceptance Notice" if they meet the requirements (this means that if the materials are not submitted completely, the qualification for acceptance will not be obtained, let alone signing a contract and paying fees. Please pay enough attention to this point for the enterprise applying for certification and the staff of the Ten Ring Certification Consulting and Tutoring Agency to avoid affecting the progress). The enterprise applying for certification will sign a contract with our center based on the "Acceptance Notice".

b、 After receiving the full certification fee from the enterprise, our certification center will issue a notice to the enterprise to form an on-site inspection team, and formally report the composition and inspection plan of the inspection team to the enterprise for confirmation one week before the on-site inspection.

c、 On site inspection shall be conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Labeling Product Assurance Measures Guidelines and the corresponding technical requirements for Environmental Labeling Product Certification. For products that require inspection, the inspection team shall be responsible for sampling and sealing the products that apply for certification, and sending them to the designated inspection agency for inspection.

d、 The inspection team shall prepare a comprehensive evaluation report on environmental labeling products based on the enterprise's application materials, on-site inspection results, and product environmental behavior inspection report, and submit it to the technical committee for review.

e、 After receiving the review comments from the technical committee, the certification center summarizes the review comments and submits them to the general manager of the certification center for approval.

f、 The certification center issues environmental label certification certificates to certified enterprises, organizes announcements and publicity.

g、 If certified enterprises need identification, they can order from the certification center; If there are special printing requirements, an application should be submitted to the certification center and recorded.

h、 Annual supervision and review shall be conducted once a year.

2. Annual supervision and inspection

a、 The certification center formulates an annual inspection plan based on the issuance time of the enterprise certification certificate and issues an annual inspection notice to the enterprise in advance. The enterprise shall pay the annual supervision and management fee as required by the contract, and the certification center shall form an inspection team to conduct on-site inspections at the enterprise.

b、 During on-site inspection, the inspection team is responsible for sampling and sealing the products that require certification, and sending them to the designated inspection agency for inspection.

c、 The inspection team shall prepare a comprehensive evaluation report based on the enterprise materials, inspection reports, and product inspection reports, and submit it to the General Manager of the Certification Center for approval.

d、 Annual supervision and inspection shall be conducted once a year.

3. Re evaluation certification

Enterprises that have expired in 3 years should fill out the "Application Form for Environmental Labeling Product Certification" again and submit it to the certification center along with relevant materials. The remaining authentication procedures are the same as the initial authentication.
