Application for certification and submission of materials

1) Application materials (CQC provides form files)

A、 Formal application form (after filling out the application form online, print or download the blank application form to fill in)

B、 Factory Inspection Survey Form (upon initial application)

C、 Product description (according to CQC related product description documents)

D、 Brand Usage Statement

2) Proof materials

A、 Registration certificates of the applicant, manufacturer, and production plant, such as business license and organizational code (at the time of initial application)

B. CCC certification certificate (if any)

C、 When the applicant is a seller or importer, they must also submit copies of relevant contracts signed between the seller and the producer, or between the importer and the producer

D、 Authorization letter of the agent (if any)

E、 Effective supervision and inspection reports or factory inspection reports (if any)

F、 Other required documents

Accept application

After the application form and related materials submitted by the applicant are complete, CQC will complete the review of the application form and related materials within 10 working days, and issue a "Notice of Acceptance of Energy saving Product Certification Application" for those that meet the requirements, giving the certification project number. For applications and related materials that are not yet sufficient, CQC will contact the applicant (by phone, fax, or other means of communication) and notify them to supplement relevant materials or make corresponding corrections within the prescribed 30 days. If necessary, a "Notice of Supplementary Application Materials" will be issued

Basis for Quality System Audit

According to CQC/F 002-2009 "Quality Assurance Capability Requirements for Resource saving Product Certification Factories" and the audited party's quality manual, procedures, and related supporting documents.
