How to obtain EAC certificate?

The EAC certification system is similar to China. Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan each have their own national standard bureaus, authorized to recognize their own certification bodies and testing laboratories, just like China's Certification and Accreditation Administration recognizes certification bodies and laboratories such as CQC and Hongding Testing.

As long as it passes the testing of an authorized certification body, it can obtain the EAC certificate.

Because it is an alliance certification, the certificates issued by the three countries' institutions are universal. Just because Russia is the largest country in the alliance, with the highest number and capacity of certification agencies.

How to apply for EAC certification?

There are two types of EAC certificates, one called EAC Certificate of Conformity and the other called EAC Compliance Certification.

EAC Certificate of Conformity: A certificate of conformity issued by a certification body and testing laboratory registered by the Customs Union, which can be applied for by domestic factories.

The validity period of the EAC certificate is divided into individual batches and 1/2/3/4/5 years. A single batch of EAC certificate of conformity needs to be sent for testing abroad; Certificates with validity periods of 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, 4 years, and 5 years must be audited by foreign institutions at the factory and samples must be tested abroad.

EAC conformity certification: Only documents need to be provided to issue the certificate, without sample testing and factory inspection, but the certification applicant must be an enterprise of the Customs Union as a quality assurance company for the product.

Currently, more than 90% of products can apply for EAC compliance certification, as the lack of testing and factory audits will significantly reduce the cycle and cost.

3. The applicant prepares and submits the necessary product specifications, technical documents, and other materials for certification;

4. Determine whether sample testing or factory audit is required based on the authentication mode;
